出願時の郵送方法ついて　／　受験許可レターの発行までお時間を頂いております

＊事務所が常に空いている訳では無いので、受験申込書は受領者への手渡しを確認できるレターパックプラス、書留等ではなく、JPECの郵便箱に入れる事で受領できる普通郵便で郵送した方が確実に届きますが、返却して欲しい重要書類があるとお考えの方はご自身の判断にお任せします。

＊Since JPEC office is not always open, it would be more reliable to send the application documents by regular mail, Letter Pack Light and regular mail express rather than using Letter Pack Plus, registered mail, or other methods that require hand delivery confirmation.
However, if you have important documents that you wish to be returned, it is up to your discretion.

＊受験申込書が多数送られてきている為に、処理に時間がかかっており、場合によっては2か月近く受験許可レターの発行までかかる可能性があります。
